The heart of the MV13 cuvée is based at 70% on the 2018 vintage fermented and born for 12 months in wooden barrels of the Argonne forest, to which is added a 30% reserve wine aged with solera method. After foaming, it rests in the bottle for at least 6 years before disgorging.

Port Tawny aged 20 years with intense aromas of maple, honey and caramel. Full-bodied on the palate with a nutty aftertaste.

The tasting reveals a subtle and rich structure, very aromatic. In the mouth intense and balanced by a creamy and melting mousse. It goes well with poultry or pasta with white truffles or aged Parmesan.

Created in 1979, the Noble Cuvée is the fruit of this passion. Only 14 vintages were chosen to make the Noble Cuvée Brut. It is an audacious creation allowing the wines to be sublimated by time.

The appearance is golden with greenish and slightly salmon reflections. Château L'Evangile 2014 is made up of 82% Merlot and 18% Cabernet Franc. Violet ink, the appearance of this wine gives way to a nose with a wide and intense aromatic variety of black fruits on a base of balsamic notes that ensure a hint of freshness. With a sincere attack, in the mouth the wine develops with the freshness of the aromas and with the creaminess of robust tannins.

The elegance of the fruit is associated with its delicacy: flavors of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are distinguished by the uniqueness of a chiseled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence in the mouth with a salty note in the finish.
