This is a Blanc de Noirs whose grapes come from parcels selected for their predominantly fruity aromas (characteristic of Côte Chalonnaise or Couchois wines). Made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grapes from the vineyards on Mont Marvin, this 2011 vintage Champagne has all the power and minerality typical of Blanc de Noirs, with a great elegance due to the very low dosage and the ageing of over 60 months on the lees. A great wine for any occasion.

The rich, round palate discloses peppery notes and candied fruits which attest to the excellent balance of the vintage and make it well-suited to a wide variety of dishes. The perfect Champagne with food.

Intense golden yellow color with amber reflections. The nose is elegant with notes of peach, honey, dried fruit, brioches and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is creamy and intense with notes of dried fruit and a long savory finish
