The Cuvée Hommage at Francois Hemart is a tribute to the founding member. Produced with 100% Pinot Noir is initially fermented in amphora and left in contact with the yeasts for 6 months followed by a further refinement of 6 months in barrels of the Argonne forest. After fermentation, mature in bottles for no less than 3 years before disgorgement.
