» What should I do at the time of delivery?

you should verify that the parcel is intact,not damaged or wet.

Any complaint has to be made to the messenger,otherwise the goods are considered correctly delivered. Keep the invoice you'll find in the pocket outside the parcel.

» What are the delivery fees?

10,1 euro for goods up to 3 kg (about 2 bottles), 13,6 euro between 3 and 10 kg,14,30 euro between 10 and 30 kg, 14,5 euro between 30 and 40, 21 euro over 40 kg.

NB These fees are only for Italy. There are different fees for international delivery. At checkout you'll see the transport fees according to the weight of the goods.

» How long does delivery take?

It takes 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to the North and Center and max 72 hours (monday to Friday) to the South and Islands through Bartolini/AWS/SDA express couriers.

» What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If there is noone at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice with the shipment reference number. The recipient must contact the closest delivery subsidiary as soon as possible in order to schedule a new delivery whithin 5 days.

» Do you deliver abroad?

At the moment is deliverig also to the main European states (France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark...).

» How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

Karver S.r.l. offers to its clients the "Money Back Guarantee". If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send it back. You'll be refunded. The law (D.Lgs. n 185/99) establishes a deadline for returning of 10 days after the receipt of goods. We will give the money back or, if you prefer, we will substitute the item with one to your liking. It is easy, please follow this procedure:

  1. Send a recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt in 10 days since the receipt of goods to Karver S.r.l. Via Savigliano 109 - 12037 Saluzzo (CN) . Write your biographical data and the data of the purchased goods;
  2. Anyway we suggest that you call +39 0175 289601 or send us an e-mail: You can choose between having money back or changing the item;
  3. The products must be sent back intact, in their original packaging and with a carefully sealed outer package;
  4. Karver S.r.l.will send its courier to collect the goods after receiving the registered letter;
  5. Karver S.r.l.will make the repayment by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the registered letter. The refund will correspond to the value of the returned item. The delivery costs will not be refounded;
  6. Beware, the products delivered to our warehouse without the above requirements will not be refunded.
