Made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grapes from the vineyards on Mont Marvin, this 2011 vintage Champagne has all the power and minerality typical of Blanc de Noirs, with a great elegance due to the very low dosage and the ageing of over 60 months on the lees. A great wine for any occasion.

L'Aube, the neglected area of Champagne, finds in the bubbles of Lacroix-Triaulaire all the pleasure of natural drinking. A company that works only with 'organic' principles and without compromise. Lots of flavour in all the selections, the earth is reflected in the glasses with extreme pleasure. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier the stars of the house. Straight but persuasive wines. The single-varietal versions are very interesting: the all-Pinot Noir extra-brut is the fruit of five different vintages blended only from the best reserve plots, while the Pinot Meunier is rich in flowers and honey. A young house with a decidedly futuristic appeal.
