Lampe de Méduse is the characteristic cuvée of Château Sainte Roseline. Obtained from the best grapes of the estate, the cuvée is available in three colors. The bottle, with its singular and iconic shape, is the result of the reflection of the Baroness of Rasque de Laval.
Harvested around mid-August, the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and directly pressed. It ferments spontaneously and remains on the lees until bottling. The dried Grechetto is dosed in the bottle with the base to obtain the refermentation. 9% Trebbiano procanico and 1% withered Grechetto Average production of about 1,600 bottles
135 East is a small batch dry gin distilled using botanicals typical of both Japan and the English tradition of London Dry Gin. The result is a perfectly balanced, complex and harmonious gin that is an expression of the rich Japanese culture. Gin owes its name to the meridian 135 which crosses the city of Akashi in the prefecture of Hyogo.
Its floral and fruity bouquet makes it delicate and pleasant. On the nose, in fact, there are faint hints of white, yellow flowers and notes of fresh fruit such as peach, melon and papaya, while in the mouth, the strong sapidity typical of the grape highlights its persistent minerality.
Color: fine and persistent perlage, intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: bouquet of great complexity and finesse, with hints of ripe cedar, orange peel. Taste: perfect balance of fruity, spicy and almond scents. An innate freshness and elegance that end with a long gustatory persistence.
It takes the name of the house being a selection of more vineyards around the company. Traditional typology that follows the Piedmontese philosophy of aging in large Slavonian oak barrels of 2500 L where it rests for two years. Wine that plays on elegance and fruit.
