Obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Color: straw yellow. Perfume: fresh, notes of exotic fruits and minerals. Taste: fruity and floral aromas are mixed on the palate, good aromatic persistence. Pairings: perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with simple antipasti of earth and fish.

Obtained from a selection of old Sauvignon blanc strains in the vineyards located in the towns of Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d'Alba. The Langhe Bianco Rovella is a wine of great evolution.

A straw yellow but brilliant is enriched with floral, fruity and summer lawns with more mineral aromas on the finish. Dry, warm, soft and sapid on the palate, with a pungent and balanced freshness. These are the premises of a white from our Langhe Bianco.

Bouquet: fresh, harmonious with delicate notes of white peach and passion fruit; Taste: intense, fresh and very aromatic with excellent acid-sweet balance; notes of ripe yellow melon and great flavor; mineral notes in crescendo with persistence of soft sensations and very captivating citrine...

The warm and bright straw color gives us the measure of fullness as well as the indication of complete maturity. Primary aromas are pronounced and slightly aromatic. There are hints that can be traced back to the lysis of yeasts and also ethereal sensations resulting from malolactic fermentation. To the taste the wine appears endowed with an interesting acidity and finesse.

Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, fermented and aged for a year in 1200 l French oak barrels. An important and well balanced white wine between freshness and structure, produced in a limited edition.

The bouquet evokes the sea breeze, the earth's minerality, but also exotic fruits and honey. Only the experience of almost a century of production can give this harmony, where power and finesse are combined in a splendid balance, bringing us back to nature and to the D'Antan sensations.

The tasting shows a straight course, entering the mouth like a slash and not giving any space to the softness, leaving the mouth full of savory and fresh sensations.

Soft and easy to match wine. An apparent initial sweetness gives way to a finish with a pleasant acidity and minerality. The quality / price ratio is excellent, a wine recommended for every situation.
