Anne-Sophie Pic & Michel Chapoutier's Côtes-du-Rhône is produced by a blend of Grenache and Syrah. Aromas of red fruits, especially sour cherries, mix with spicy and licorice notes. On the palate it is tannic and slightly "rough" with good structure.
Ideal as an accompaniment to game terrines, it can age 3-5 years.
