Made from Nebbiolo grapes, cultivated in Monforte d’Alba, in Bussia hamlet from the blending of Rocche vineyard (South, South–East), Munie vineyard (South, South-West) and Fiurin vineyard (West).

COLOR: Intense ruby ​​red with light amaranth reflections and garnet veins.
BOUQUET: Intense, with superb notes of ripe red fruits, fresh strawberry jam and wild blackberries. Delicate memory of vanilla.
TASTE: Full, soft, almost opulent in its power. Rich, but with the right tannic balance and great sweet persistence. Excellent cocoa and overripe fruit notes.

Color: concentrated ruby.
Smell: elegant and balanced, intense jam of black and red fruits accompanied by notes of spices, coffee, cocoa. Balsamic finish with graphite notes.
Taste: long, very intense, dense and soft with glycerin, sapid black fruit supported by ripe and pleasant tannins.

Extreme attention is paid to the management of the vineyard: low productivity through thinning operations, careful selection at the manual harvest, vinification with long maceration, even up to thirty days.

Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes produced in the various vineyards located in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto. The classic Parusso Barolo is vinified as Parusso Armando produced it not separating the individual vineyards but assembling them into a single Barolo.
