The new "Parusso Metodo Classico" Nebbiolo based Spumante wine has always been inclined to rediscover old traditions, a wine that is part of the centuries-old history of Italian and Piemontese sparkling wines.

A product in which the surprising freshness is accompanied by the aromas of honey, spices, dried fruit and a distant memory of chocolate, in a continuous crescendo of harmonies. A rare wine, designed for connoisseurs, the result of a particular and happy moment of nature, and of an infinite and patient work of man.

The scent is very intense, complex, with floral and fruity scents, rich in secondary aromas that give particular finesse, such as honey and dried fruit. In the mouth it is elegant and sapid. The perfect acid balance brings out a pleasant freshness. The finish is clean with a fine and persistent aftertaste.

The 2012 harvest of Pinot Noir took place in the second half of August and the excellent climatic conditions favored the development of primary aromas, amplifying the fruity notes of the bunch. Dedicated to founder Arturo, it is made using the classic method, which today represents excellence in Italian sparkling wine production. Precise characteristics, daughters of the more traditional classic method, are combined with the selection of vineyards based on location, exposure, altitude and soil type.
