Riesling

White berried grape that finds its perfect expression in Austria, Germany and in some areas of France and Italy. The wines that come from this extraordinary vine, especially if grown in cold areas, have very typical characteristics of acidity, great minerality and above all a pleasant sweetness that gives character to the wine. It normally has an aging potential of many years and finds its natural accompaniment in cheeses and foie gras dishes.
