Von Winning is one of the symbolic companies of Pfalz, born in 1849 but in fact always in step with the times both from the point of view of managing the vineyard and vinification in the cellar. Respect for nature, no use of synthetic products in the vineyard, planting system with 9,500 hectare plants - as at the end of the 1800s - with the use of only traditional methods in the cellar (natural fermentation in 500 liter oak barrels, with a up to 2 years on the lees before bottling). The result is terroir wines, elegant, mineral and deep.
