Composed of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, it has been defined as a "multi-millésimé" Champagne. In its cuvée, at least four great vintages of previous vintages from the "Vins de Réserve ”. This gives a roundness and a complexity that with four years of aging in the cellar are refined in a perfect balance

Classic Cuvée based on Chardonnay, with a small percentage of Pinot Noir and Meunier, this champagne has always represented the elegance and finesse of the Legras style. A pale yellow, a fine perlage and a flavor of almonds and flowers. Perfect as an aperitif.

70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, of which about 50% with reserve wines. Vinification in wood for 20%. Natural fermentation without added yeasts, only indigenous yeasts are used. First élevage on yeasts that lasts about a year without burning the stages; the wine is slowly clarified as it was 50 years ago. Bottling without filtering or sizing. Dosage 3/4 g / l.

"La Biographe" is by definition the champagne that best defines the style of the Maison, with a classic cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a small addition of reserve wines. A perfect representation of the terroir and winery style.

A Champagne in its purest form, a wine that does not require dosage and which expresses the nature of the Terroir in its strength, freshness and finesse.

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and aged in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that are mixed with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus fruits. On the palate it is initially fresh to then continue with mineral and biscuit notes.

Lively and greedy attack that expands generously on the palate. The aromatic richness of the nose is found in the mouth in a lively and chiseled texture. Narrow, salty and extremely persistent finish.
