An autumn champagne where the mix of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier offer a truly interesting aromatic palette. Great structure, richness and an important vinous note.

Assembling of Chardonnay (18%), Pinot Nero (45%) and Pinot Meunier (37%) of which 20% is vinoriserva. Ten countries have contributed to the creation of this Champagne. The Chardonnay grape from the Sézanne region is close to the "Côte des Blancs" including Vertus. The Pinot Meunier grapes from the Marne Valley and the Pinot Noir from the Reims mountain and the Côte des Bar.

A wine with a perfect balance, combining aromatic richness and delicacy on the palate. It pairs well with tapas, pâté-en-croute, cheese boards and plates of charcuterie.

70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, of which about 50% with reserve wines. Vinification in wood for 20%.

Natural fermentation without added yeasts, only indigenous yeasts are used. First élevage on yeasts that lasts about a year without burning the stages; the wine is slowly clarified as it was 50 years ago. Bottling without filtering or sizing. Dosage 3/4 g / l.

Composed of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, of which 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Nero. The Chardonnays, lively and fine, have a nice minerality. The Pinots Noirs are fruity and vinous, with an always lively finish. The sustained acidity, perfectly blended with the wine, bodes well for excellent aging.
