"La Biographe" is by definition the champagne that best defines the style of the Maison, with a classic cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a small addition of reserve wines. A perfect representation of Terroir and corporate style.

On the nose, Mannaz develops mature and generous aromas of peach, dried fruits (almond, hazelnut) and sweet spices. The whole register of maturity and evolution is offered in mouth. Pear, baked apple and ripe fruit expresses finesse. The finish is rich and dense, promising a high quality.

Wynn is a subtle balance between pleasure and sharing. Thanks to its increased aging, it is the distinctive signature of a complex and generous cuvée that combines aromatic power and elegance.  

Taste: lively attack thanks to a low dosage that respects the authenticity of the wine. You can feel the minerality of the chalk. Flavors of citrus, almond, toasted bread immediately impose themselves

The heart of the MV13 cuvée is based at 70% on the 2018 vintage fermented and born for 12 months in wooden barrels of the Argonne forest, to which is added a 30% reserve wine aged with solera method. After foaming, it rests in the bottle for at least 6 years before disgorging.

A wine with a perfect balance, combining aromatic richness and delicacy on the palate. It pairs well with tapas, pâté-en-croute, cheese boards and plates of charcuterie.

Le Black Label Brut owes its iconic name to Victor Lanson who gave it in 1937, both as a proof of openness to the world and as a tribute to the Royal Court of England which Lanson has been officially supplying since 1900. Created in 1979, the Noble Cuvée is the fruit of this passion. Only 14 vintages were chosen to make the Noble Cuvée Brut. It is an audacious creation allowing the wines to be sublimated by time.

From a subtle blend of the three grape varieties, Helgé reveals a complex aromatic profile, reserved only for mature wines. Its brioche nose expresses notes of white fruits, citrus fruits, dried fruit and honey. The palate is fresh and intense. The maturity of the wine offers a gourmet dimension. The finish, generous and salty, is dominated by fragrances of brioche and almond.

The appearance is golden with greenish and slightly salmon reflections. The aroma is open with a dominant of toasted and buttered (brioche, bread crust); evolution on dried fruit (hazelnut, toasted almond), honey and spice bread. The taste is fresh, lively at the attack with a predominance of toasted notes and a creamy aftertaste.
