    This cuvée is the embodiment of the Louis Roederer style. The Brut Premier cuvée is made up of 3 Champagne grape varieties from more than 40 different crus. It is an assembly of 6 years of harvests of which a part comes from the Louis Roederer reserve wine collection aged for several years in oak vats. The maturation takes place on average for 3 years in the cellars, to which is added a rest of 6 months after disgorgement, to perfect its maturity. The assembly involves the use of 40% of Pinot Noir, 40% of Chardonnay, 20% of Pinot Meunier and 5% of wines vinified in wood (oak barrels) with weekly bâtonnage, embellished with 10% of reserve wines anati in wood. Malolactic fermentation is partial and the final dosage is adapted to each thousandth, between 10 and 11 g / l. COLOR: Pale and vivid gold, an exuberant and evanescent white foam; very subtle, full and persistent perlage. NOSE: Intense aroma, of great distinction, with hints of mugwort, incense and laurel, notes of lime, musk and honey. MOUTH: Harmonious and pleasant flavor, with an elegant base of toasted almond and ripe rennet apple that lingers for a long time in the mouth.
