135 East is a small batch dry gin distilled using botanicals typical of both Japan and the English tradition of London Dry Gin. The basis for Bond st. Gin is a spirit of pure quadruple distilled wheat. The flavor is provided by ten natural botanists, the main of which is the juniper. Botanists are immersed in the basic spirit for 24 hours. The spirit is then distilled a fifth and last time.
