Definitely a wine for connoisseurs and fans of pinot noir. A lively red color, spice and red fruit on the nose, an apparently soft attack in the mouth, which is however immediately offset by a great freshness and acidity. It is essential to serve the temperature no higher than 16 °. It is a wine that can easily age well beyond 10 years.

The Rot is a 100% Pinot Noir coming from vines grown with organic methods on a clayey-limestone soil. On the nose, aromas of strawberries, cherries and vanilla blend with hints of coconut and toasted wood. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied with a pleasant acidity. 8 years aging potential.

Balanced and pleasantly soft, with a well developed body, and a long and complex persistence.

A red wine as a friend: round and harmonious, with delicate tannins, dark fruit with cherries and black cherries and a fantastic drinkability.

A low production yield in the vineyard and the large temperature range allow to obtain a rich and round wine with notes of red fruits, aromas of undergrowth and silky on the palate.

Aromaticity and freshness in this red where hints of red fruit, licorice and rosemary predominate. Only steel.

"Mountain wine" for the altitude where the vines are planted. Strongly aromatic, rich and silky but at the same time refreshing and floral.

The typical Austrian grape variety that makes a fruity, pleasant-to-drink wine: fine and subtle, with a touch of filigree and spiciness.
