The finish features cassis with spicy-mineral notes. The Blaufränkisch Reserve has superb ageing potential and pairs perfectly with lamb, duck, or game dishes.
On the palate it has an abundance of berries; in the foreground more recognizable are the notes of raspberry and dark cherry. The tannins are barely perceptible. It is fresh, very pleasant, soft and drinkable.

A lively red color, spice and red fruit on the nose, an apparently soft attack in the mouth, which is however immediately offset by a great freshness and acidity. It is essential to serve the temperature no higher than 16 °. It is a wine that can easily age well beyond 10 years.
The Rot is a 100% Pinot Noir coming from vines grown with organic methods on a clayey-limestone soil. On the nose, aromas of strawberries, cherries and vanilla blend with hints of coconut and toasted wood. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied with a pleasant acidity. 8 years aging potential.
