Slightly transparent ruby ​​red color with an orange tinge. The nose is complex with hints of ripe cherries or cherries in the liqueur, which continue in a light note of orange peel. Ripe fruit is also felt in the mouth, especially cherries, ending with a slight hint of mint. Balanced and pleasantly soft, with a well developed body, and a long and complex persistence. We can combine it with simple dishes of red meat or game. Excellent with fish and mushroom dishes and also with seasoned mountain cheese.
