Timpa is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from the Sicilian word "timpa", that is a steep climb, in fact the vineyard climbs with slopes that exceed 70%.

It has a golden yellow color. Complex and intense nose characterized by the aroma of apricots, yellow peaches, white flowers, spices and honey. In the mouth a sweet exotic intensity combined with a pleasant freshness that makes it very harmonious.

Produced with grapes grown on Soil No. 3 of the Suor Marchesa estate, mainly calcareous and facing north, Duca di Salaparuta's Sauvignon Blanc preserves the freshness and acidity characteristic of the grape intact.

In Lavico Etna Bianco the Carricante, an indigenous grape of the Etna area, tells its land through intense aromas of peach and exotic fruit, lit by iodized, at times spicy sensations. Sapid and persistent on the palate, it has the typical freshness of the grape, which gives it structure and an unexpected longevity, and the minerality of those who have their roots in a soil made of lava.

An ideal wine for an aperitif in company, this Chardonnay brings notes of exotic fruit, mango and papaya, to the glass, blending with hints of white Sicilian flowers. Savory, fresh and refined, it combines the natural elegance of the grape variety with the intensity of the Mediterranean islands.

This wine, excellent for an aperitif or light seafood meal, naturally expresses the crispness of Grillo. The palate is a perfect balance of freshness and long persistence, anticipated on the nose by the richness of grapefruit, jasmine and tropical fruit aromas.

Pietradolce Etna Bianco is made exclusively from Carricante grapes, obtained from vines cultivated on loamy-sandy soil with abundant volcanic rock, on Etna's northern slope at an altitude ranging from 700 to 800 metres above sea level.
