Duca di Salaparuta chooses single varietal for one of its most representative wines of the island. Grillo, an indigenous white grape with a rich and versatile character, here expresses itself in its most brilliant and joyful tones. A bond with the territory also told on the label through the intensely Mediterranean colors of Renato Guttuso, a great painter of the 20th century Italian, originally from Bagheria, in his work Landscape of Aspra (1959, Oil on canvas, Private collection). For aperitifs and excellent with fish and white meat dishes. Try it with, shrimp patties.
