The vinification of the Langhe Nebbiolo involves alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with daily pumping over. Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine stays in steel and is bottled in the months of April-May.

Very lively ruby color with garnet reflections. Persistent and pleasant bouquet with notes of rose hips and peach pit. In the mouth, good roundness balanced by typical tannins.

It is a fresh and velvety wine, harmonious and rightly tannic with a delicate bouquet and intense color, perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses but also as an aperitif.

Good gustative persistence with the classic light tannin astringency of Nebbiolo, very well rounded by the wood aromas and other flavour components (proteins, salts, trivalent salts).Lovely finish, persistent and stimulating.

The origin of the grapes, enhanced by a small addition of Nebbiolo from the Barolo and Barbaresco areas, makes it a Nebbiolo of body, structure and long life. The intense and ripe fruit, but still fresh, the soft and almost sweet tannins give it pleasure and fragrance.

This Nebbiolo comes from Nebbiolo from Barolo, generally the younger ones. Excellent structure with typical aromas of the Barolo Bricco Boschis with mainly fruity hints then floral then spicy, open and intense. Excellent aging attitude.

Food matches: cold cuts, red meats in general, grilled, hard or seasoned cheeses, chocolate.

Ruby, delicate, sometimes transparent. Intense and expressive notes of violet and rose fanée accompanied by the freshness of small red fruits. Silky tannins that envelop the palate with personality and lively energy.
