The origin of the grapes, enhanced by a small addition of Nebbiolo from the Barolo and Barbaresco areas, makes it a Nebbiolo of body, structure and long life. The intense and ripe fruit, but still fresh, the soft and almost sweet tannins give it pleasure and fragrance.
VARIETY: 100% NEBBIOLO
VINEYARDS: A selection of our vineyards including those in Diano d'Alba, La Morra, Collaretto and Lirano in Serralunga d'Alba and Rocche di Massalupo in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio.
VINIFICATION: In stainless steel; maceration for about 20 days.
AGING: For about 24 months in oak barrels and barriques for a small part.
