Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo is certainly the most important grape in Piedmont and sees its presence in the main denominations of Langa and Roero. Under the Nebbiolo denomination we can find wines of great finesse and elegance that come from the sandy territories of the Roero, but also more complex wines with a decidedly more important tannic texture, wines that come mostly from Barolo vineyards, where often the young plants or the less suitable areas for the production of Barolo itself, are "Downgraded" to Langhe Nebbiolo, maintaining the structure and elegance of the vine, but with a much more interesting value for money!

It is a fresh and velvety wine, harmonious and rightly tannic with a delicate bouquet and intense color, perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses but also as an aperitif.
