Ruri is a Nebbiolo Langhe produced with fermentation at controlled temperature lasting 8-10 days. The malolactic refermentation and the first refinement are carried out in steel barrels. It follows the aging in 1500 liter oak barrels for about nine months. Thus a fresh and velvety wine is born, harmonious and rightly tannic with a delicate bouquet and intense color, perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses but also as an aperitif.
