Very structured and particular dry wine, with pleasant intense aromas characteristic of the grape and marked notes of sage and dried fruit. In the mouth it is a pleasantly full-bodied and structured wine, savory, in perfect balance with an intense sensation of freshness.

Remarkable balance between softness and acidity, great body and structure that do not compromise finesse and elegance, refined almost imperceptible wood scents. Despite its high alcohol content, it is very pleasant to taste, especially with typical Piedmontese dishes.

Extreme attention is paid to the management of the vineyard: low productivity through thinning operations, careful selection at the manual harvest, vinification with long maceration, even up to thirty days.

The combined effect of all the spices brings about the most interesting benefits: the synergy of the elements extracted via maceration in alcohol develops bitter-flavoured active principles which help the digestion by the stimulation of the secretion of saliva and gastric juices.

Its floral and fruity bouquet makes it delicate and pleasant. On the nose, in fact, there are faint hints of white, yellow flowers and notes of fresh fruit such as peach, melon and papaya, while in the mouth, the strong sapidity typical of the grape highlights its persistent minerality.
