The taste is clean, clear, sweet, full-bodied and aromatic, while the finish is vigorous and gives a long feeling of freshness and slightly dryness.
Developed by the most famous Argentine bartender, Tato Giovannoni, this Gin pays homage to the most famous drink in Latin America, the Mate. the result is a balanced, tropical and indigenous product, where yerba mate, pink grapefruit, peppermint and eucalyptus stand out as botanicals.
135 East is a small batch dry gin distilled using botanicals typical of both Japan and the English tradition of London Dry Gin. The result is a perfectly balanced, complex and harmonious gin that is an expression of the rich Japanese culture. Gin owes its name to the meridian 135 which crosses the city of Akashi in the prefecture of Hyogo.
Aviation belongs to a new category of Dry Gin, in which we try to give less prominence to the juniper in favor of a more balanced mix of botanical herbs. The Gin is named after the Cocktail Aviation created by Hugo Ensslin of the Hotel Wallick in New York almost a century ago.
The nose is intense with aromas of corn, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey. On the palate it is full with notes of tropical fruit, apricots, lemon tea and a smoked note.
A blend of Armagnacs from 5 different years and 3 grape varieties. The youngest component is 12 years old, all are aged in oak barrels in our wine cellar until bottling. Notes of cocoa and flowers, a hint of vanilla. Straightforward attack on the palate, lovely balance and great freshness. Great length on the palate.

Beautifully elegant with notes of white fruit, nose of pear compote with spice. Fleshy and full, this eau-de-vie is long and mellow on the palate.
