Distillates

'Sarpa' in Veneto dialect means 'marc', the raw material from which Grappa is made. Sarpa di Poli is made from grape marc with a floral and delicately herbaceous aroma, steam-distilled in copper cauldrons on a discontinuous cycle.

This Grappa has been patiently stored in the Distillery's underground cellars in small French oak barrels. Sarpa Barrique is raised in small 225 litre French oak barrels. In its simplicity and elegance it encapsulates all the history and passion for distillation of the Poli family.

A blend of Armagnacs from 5 different years and 3 different grape varieties. The youngest component is 7 years old. All aged in oak barrels in our wine cellar until the present time. Beautifully elegant with notes of white fruit, nose of pear compote with spice. Fleshy and full, this eau-de-vie is long and mellow on the palate.

The result of a collaboration between Cognac Leyrat and a group of Parisian bartenders. Designed for use in blending, it has a slightly higher alcohol content (42 percent) than regular Cognacs. Characterized by elegant aromas of white peach, flowers and spices. The palate is smooth and flavorful with a balanced finish between spice and wood aromas.

Golden in color, Leyrat's Pineau de Charantes "Les Pierres Blanches" has aromas of hazelnuts, walnuts and honey. The palate is medium-bodied with a pleasant sweetness.
