Distillates

On the nose, this VSOP is subtle and delicate, slowly revealing itself during tasting. Initially a concentration of fresh fruit, particularly pear, it quickly evolves towards floral notes and then dry hay. Finally, pastry notes gradually take over. This Armagnac is perfectly balanced, with a silky attack, a medium-full palate and an unexpected length for a spirit aged only 6 years.

1990 vintage: beautiful golden colour with orange reflections. Notes of baked plum, jasmine and hay emerge on the nose. On the palate we find splendid toasted aromas. The 1990 vintage is fat, broad and offers a delicately spicy finish. 70 cl - ALC: 40% vol.

Tasting Notes: Aroma: Sweet with intense notes of dried fruit, grapes, cherry and plum. Strong presence of notes of vanilla, wood, walnut and mocha coffee. Taste: On the palate it leaves strong notes of grapes, plums, walnuts, with a touch of chocolate and coffee, for a long and silky finish.

Grappa obtained from single grape pomace of Barbera and from distillation in discontinuous stills. The refinement is carried out in new oak barrels for at least 18 months.

The nose bears caramel notes with a delicate stone-fruit backdrop. A robust and sturdy palate with some fine leather notes mingling with dry tobacco, a touch of oak and a hint of dried cherries. The finish is smooth and calming.

Grappa obtained from mono-grape Nebbiolo grape marc and distillation in discontinuous stills. The refinement is carried out in stainless steel tanks for at least 18 months.

Premium blend of Malt Whiskey and wheat aged up to 12 years and aged in different types of barrels. An easy to drink Whiskey, with delicate notes of cereals, jasmine and violet.
