In 2013, the Champagne region faced unique weather conditions with a long winter punctuated by snow and frost - it was one of the latest harvests since 1988. Despite these turbulent circumstances, Bollinger Champagne transformed the wine from this particularly late harvest into one vintage and, in doing so, has also produced a limited edition: B13, which stands for Bollinger 2013. It is thanks to the ethical agricultural practices that Bollinger employs in the vineyard that the Champagne House constantly benefits from undeniably high quality grapes, not no matter how difficult certain vintages may be. This vintage Blanc de Noirs champagne embodies the excellence of Bollinger's vineyards on the Montagne de Reims and is a tribute to the wine and environmental values of Champagne Bollinger. Bollinger is famous for its Pinot Noir, so it's no wonder its distinctive rich, open style shines through. The wonderful smoky, nutty and caramel tones imparted by Bollinger's distinct aging are already present and the reserve wines, aged up to 7 years in magnums, add to its exceptional aromatic intensity. Dosage: 6 grams per liter. Bollinger B13 was only produced in 75 cl format. The gift box is made from recycled materials and is itself 100% recyclable.
