Produced exclusively with chardonnay grapes after fermentation in the bottle, it is refined on yeasts for a period of no less than 36 months, acquiring aromas, intense aromas and a very fine perlage of unmistakable quality.

Persistent foam with very fine grain perlage. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Complex, very fine bouquet with pleasant fruity notes of citrus and peach. Dry taste, pleasantly fresh, with a good and balanced structure.

Made from only Sangiovese grapes, Rosso di Montalcino Caparzo ages a year in Slavonian oak barrels, 50/80 Hl. then it is aged in the bottle for about 6 months. Fruity, rich in fresh and suggestive aromas, it has good body, harmony and persistence and is well suited to moderate aging.
