This rare passito is the result of Malvasia and Corinto Nero grapes grown on the volcanic soil of the island of Salina. The grapes dried in the sun on cane racks are then vinified. The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and aged in the bottle for no less than 18 months.
