Claré JC is a unique wine. It is the reinterpretation of a forgotten Nebbiolo, appreciated in its lightest and freshest form. The vinification protocol is inspired by the notes of G.B. Croce from 1606: the wine is bottled immediately after fermentation, in order to maintain a sweet finish and a beautiful drinking energy. Light ruby red color.
