Claré JC is a unique wine. It is the reinterpretation of a forgotten Nebbiolo, appreciated in its lightest and freshest form. The vinification protocol is inspired by the notes of G.B. Croce from 1606: the wine is bottled immediately after fermentation, in order to maintain a sweet finish and a beautiful drinking energy. Light ruby ​​red color. This new addition to the range of wines of Château Angélus, made under the Bordeaux appellation, offers a more streamlined version of its illustrious elders -Angélus, Carillon d’Angélus and N°3 d’Angélus, with which it shares the same depth and complexity while being at the same time more approachable young.

Lively, fruity nose, mixing notes of lemon, white flowers, pineapple and yellow peach. The palate is nervous and remarkably fruity, combining the fatness, saltiness and sap of a ripe wine with the freshness of a thirsty wine.

New Syrah and Cinsault vines for a wine of great freshness and pure pleasure. Also to drink fresh and perfect to accompany aperitifs and simple dishes.

Wine of a deep red color with violet reflections. Intense, grassy fragrance, typical of the varietal, with notes that recall the wild blackberry, berries and plums; during the maturation process the aromatic notes are developed due to the aging in barrels. A rich taste, slightly tannic and pleasantly bitter.

Scents of currant, fleshy fruit, almost sweet, discreet tannins, roundness, fragrance, freshness but also compactness and seriousness. It can last over time, enhancing the austerity of Nebbiolo. Serve fresh from the cellar.

Golden yellow. The nose is expressed with hints of white pulp fruit and citrus, notes of wild herbs, mineral tones and hints of almond. On the palate it is fresh, dynamic and pleasantly lively.

The soils are of marine origin from the Tertiary era, characterized by bluish marl (at a depth ranging from 1 to 3 meters), limestone and compact. The stratification is dense and varied, rich in mineral salts and natural springs Barbaresco Rio Sordo comes from a careful selection of 100% Nebbiolo grapes in the field.
