A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.

Garnet red color, never too intense. Over the years it tends to an orange or brick-colored color. Intense and elegant fragrances of violet and cherry jam with balsamic and menthol notes.Perfect with white and red meat dishes.
