Aging: all the wines of the company Guido Marsella are marketed at least 18 months after the harvest, as the principle is to leave the must in the wine tanks to mature naturally in all the characteristics, without forcing, in order to allow the wines after the bottling, if kept at a constant temperature, over 10 years

Six suppliers enable them to make this a cuvée ronde. Pale lemon and lime, with soft floral notes, aiming for the rounded and eventually buttery style of Meursault. Plenty of oak at the moment helps to drive this style but ultimately it is medium-bodied rather than a weighty monster.
