A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.

Barbera of great elegance and structure, ideal as a combination with cured meats and meat dishes. A short aging in barrique makes it suitable for long aging even if it expresses its freshness at best in the first 3/4 years from marketing.
