The Mandois Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is a blend of several terroirs where the Chardonnay finds itself particularly at home. Perfectly representative of the vintage, it is only slightly sweetened to allow the natural character of the Chardonnay to develop to the full.

Color: straw yellow. Bouquet: ripe and fresh with hints of flowers and fruits. The floral scents, acacia and citronella are associated with grapefruit and caramel. Taste: intense and harmonious rather soft and perfectly supported by a vivacity without too much aggression.
