Made from only Sangiovese grapes, Rosso di Montalcino Caparzo ages a year in Slavonian oak barrels, 50/80 Hl. then it is aged in the bottle for about 6 months. Fruity, rich in fresh and suggestive aromas, it has good body, harmony and persistence and is well suited to moderate aging.

Excellent on medium-aged cheeses and cold cuts. Serve at 16-17 degrees. It can evolve optimally for 5-7 years.
