Vinification traditional vinification of rosé wine in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. Character of the wine: Salmon-pink color. Fresh and fruity aroma, hints of exotic fruit. Fresh taste with well-integrated acidity; also suitable for summer consumption with fresh and light foods.

View: soft pink colour. Visible and persistent perlage. Nose: fragrant and vibrant, with notes of small fruits (wild strawberries) and red flowers. Delicate and elegant, it closes on notes of fresh spice (white pepper) and bitter orange peel. Taste: of great harmony and pleasantness, with a good acid vein that helps to cleanse the palate. Aftertaste characterised by mineral notes.
