The Qualitätswein is an ideal wine for an aperitif and thought to be drunk within four years from the harvest, also for this the closure is with screw cap.

This wine has a beautiful colour like rose petals. An aromatic intensity with notes of very ripe berries, violets and wild strawberries. In the mouth it is light and refreshing with flavours of ripe melon, fresh almonds and fennel. Serve chilled as an aperitif, but also with seafood dishes and pizza.

50% Trebbiano, 30% Malvasia, 15% Grechetto and 5% other native white grapes (from vines aged 40 to 60 years) 2 separate harvests, the grapes from the hillside vineyards are harvested a week before those in the plains. Fermentation in steel, contact with the skins for 48 hours and aging for 6 months on its own yeasts. Only shortly before bottling the masses are assembled.

Sémillion, sauvignon and muscadelle, vines that expertly assembled give rise to Sauternes which have always been characterized by an innate refinement and elegance. The average age of the vines is 45 years. The harvest is manual, the wines are then aged in barriques for 13/18 months. Since 2013 its wines are BIO.
