The appearance is golden with greenish and slightly salmon reflections. The taste is fresh, lively at the attack with a predominance of toasted notes and a creamy aftertaste.

The body is brilliant, golden straw yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is discreet and persistent. The nose is very expressive and open, offering notes of fruit and brioche, as well as aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod.
