A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.

The nose is very intense and complex: the slight fruity nuances reminiscent of grapefruit and green apple are accompanied by soft floral touches leaving a delicate hint of hazelnut on the finish. On the palate, it has a balanced, broad, round structure with excellent persistence, ending very fine and elegant with hints of wood and minerals.
