Intense ruby ​​red. The nose reigns with the typical freshness of our Baroli, accompanied by a swing of orange zest and mountain herbs. In the mouth rightly bitter and persistent. A history spanning hundreds of years as the birthplace of joyful moments at the table, almost a digestive. In more recent times as a meditation wine married to chocolate.

COLOR: Intense ruby ​​red with light amaranth reflections and garnet veins. BOUQUET: Intense, with superb notes of ripe red fruits, fresh strawberry jam and wild blackberries. Delicate memory of vanilla. TASTE: Full, soft, almost opulent in its power. Rich, but with the right tannic balance and great sweet persistence. Excellent cocoa and overripe fruit notes.

Brunello di Montalcino comes from a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes. Each phase of processing, from the vineyard to the cellar, follows the rules of the regulations of the Consortium of Producers.

Color: bright, intense ruby ​​red. Aroma: the floral aroma of the vine fully emerges in this Langhe Nebbiolo, notes of rose are mixed with hints of ripe fruit. Taste: elegant notes of fruit, flowers and spices open the way to a sweet and fine tannin that makes it easy to drink from the first months in the bottle.

The color is bright and intense ruby ​​red, the liveliness makes it particularly pleasant and inviting. The very fine olfactory sensations grow slowly providing first fruity nuances of blackberry and cooked plum and subsequently vinous, fermentation, typical of Barbera, with a just aromatic contribution of the wood.

Created as a tribute to the cowboys who remain the symbol of the land of Maremma, strong and elegant at the same time. The Orello, is the long pointed stick, with which the cattle are still moved today. It is characterized by a consistent percentage of Syrah grapes that make it very full and rich, while maintaining the elegance and freshness typical of Rocca di Frassinello wines.

The wine is garnet red in color. The nose has hints of cherry, plum, raspberry and violet, all distinctive and identifying aromas of Nebbiolo. The mouth is instead characterized by an average astringency of tannins and an appreciable freshness, well balanced by alcohol and softness.

It is a fresh and velvety wine, harmonious and rightly tannic with a delicate bouquet and intense color, perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses but also as an aperitif.

The grapes have a maximum age of 15 years. The maceration of the skins is limited to 6-8 days in order to extract the few tannins present from the skins and as much coloring substances as possible from them, so that the wine has a good color and a remarkable softness.
