Barolo "Vite Talin" 2016 - Sandrone
Four years after the release of the first bottle of the 2013 vintage, Vite Talin confirms itself as the plant with distinctive and recognizable features, with a grape capable, season after season, of shining more intensely than the territory. This has smaller clusters, very pruinose, smaller but with an intense color, as well as the berries. Similarly, the vine is also more contained both in appearance and in terms of production. The leaves, on average, are more jagged, thick and rough. Characteristic elements for this Barolo that completes the Sandrone red family.
The meteorological evolution has influenced the type of tannins which are still very powerful today. A typical feature of those vintages where wine brings with it a great richness, concentration and depth. On the palate, Vite Talin recalls wood and dark cherry that still need time to integrate with the acidity and important tannins. A Barolo, therefore, that knows and must evolve, where the aromas anticipate what a great wine is: elegance, complexity and the ability to resist for a long time. It is time, therefore, to wait for the large structure to give way to the unique flavors of Vite Talin, aware of the great richness that only this Barolo will be able to offer over the years.
