COLOR: Intense ruby ​​red with light amaranth reflections and garnet veins. BOUQUET: Intense, with superb notes of ripe red fruits, fresh strawberry jam and wild blackberries. Delicate memory of vanilla. TASTE: Full, soft, almost opulent in its power. Rich, but with the right tannic balance and great sweet persistence. Excellent cocoa and overripe fruit notes.

It is a fresh and velvety wine, harmonious and rightly tannic with a delicate bouquet and intense color, perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses but also as an aperitif.

The grapes have a maximum age of 15 years. The maceration of the skins is limited to 6-8 days in order to extract the few tannins present from the skins and as much coloring substances as possible from them, so that the wine has a good color and a remarkable softness.

The wine has an intense garnet color. The nose is broad, complex and energetic. Notes of ripe fruit and spices such as pepper and cinnamon prevail over the primary aromas. The firm structure amalgamates acidity and alcoholic power and allows the aromas to open progressively. The finish is long, persistent and with soft and well balanced tannins.

It is intense, ethereal but full and robust, of a garnet red color with orange reflections that become more evident with aging: a complex, harmonious and fascinating wine that continues to evolve showing new facets.

Thanks to an accurate, traditional vinification, followed by a maceration of at least 20 days, after three years of storage, first in wood and then in the bottle, a great austere, warm and velvety Barolo is obtained. With a color with red - garnet tones and aromas with excellent olfactory notes reminiscent of spices, leather, violets and the classic "goudron".
