Produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from one of the highest plots in the area at over 500 meters above sea level. Aged for one year in 2500L Slavonian oak barrels. Elegant Nebbiolo with simpler tannins than Barbaresco and good minerality.

Ruby, delicate, sometimes transparent. Intense and expressive notes of violet and rose fanée accompanied by the freshness of small red fruits. Silky tannins that envelop the palate with personality and lively energy.

Claré JC is a unique wine. It is the reinterpretation of a forgotten Nebbiolo, appreciated in its lightest and freshest form. The vinification protocol is inspired by the notes of G.B. Croce from 1606: the wine is bottled immediately after fermentation, in order to maintain a sweet finish and a beautiful drinking energy. Light ruby ​​red color. The red color with violet reflections, refers to the sweetness of a dark fruit of refined elegance. Intense and rich on the nose, it is at the same time concentrated and harmonious: flowers and fruit when young to leave room for hay, tobacco and spices.
