Red Wines

Saint-Emilion 2019 bottled on behalf of Shelby Company limited is a blend of Merlot for 76%, Cabernet f ***** g Franc for 16% and the rest is Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Light ruby red in colour, characteristic for del Pinot Nero. Fruity on the nose with scents of cherry and red berries such as strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. Warm, elegant, soft and persistent on the mouth, with soft tannins and spicy notes due to the aging in wood.

Le Difese, a Tuscan IGT wine, has been produced by Tenuta San Guido since 2003. The blend is 70% Cabernet and 30% Sangiovese, the wine is characterized by the good structure and its extreme softness that make it extremely pleasant and drinkable.

The fruity scent recalls morello cherry and raspberry, evolves towards black currant, licorice in the undergrowth, often with a spicy touch. Hautes Côtes de Beaune is a fascinating wine with its spontaneity and frankness.

Balanced and pleasantly soft, with a well developed body, and a long and complex persistence.

Dark purple or ruby, often centered around raspberries, cherries, licorice, sometimes purple wine. Taste frank and decisive, pleasant tannins when ripe, full-bodied but without excess. This vineyard has been able to carry out a patient and courageous reconquest. Overlooking the coast from Gevrey-Chambertin to the Bois de Corton, the Hautes Côtes de Nuits are steeped in wild beauty.

Ruby red color of good intensity tending to garnet. Elegant bouquet with hints of raspberries, rose and licorice. Full flavor, harmonious and long aftertaste.
