The wine has an intense garnet color. The nose is broad, complex and energetic. Notes of ripe fruit and spices such as pepper and cinnamon prevail over the primary aromas. The firm structure amalgamates acidity and alcoholic power and allows the aromas to open progressively. The finish is long, persistent and with soft and well balanced tannins.

It has been grown in South Tyrol since the middle of the 19th century, especially the older vineyards give a structured and elegant Pinot Noir.
