Created as a tribute to the cowboys who remain the symbol of the land of Maremma, strong and elegant at the same time. The Orello, is the long pointed stick, with which the cattle are still moved today. It is characterized by a consistent percentage of Syrah grapes that make it very full and rich, while maintaining the elegance and freshness typical of Rocca di Frassinello wines.

The vinification of Barolo Gavarini Chiniera involves alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with daily pumping over. Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine is aged in 25 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. After bottling, the Barolo Gavarini Chiniera rests in the cellar for 8-10 months before being sold.

COLOR: Intense ruby ​​red with light amaranth reflections and garnet veins. BOUQUET: Intense, with superb notes of ripe red fruits, fresh strawberry jam and wild blackberries. Delicate memory of vanilla. TASTE: Full, soft, almost opulent in its power. Rich, but with the right tannic balance and great sweet persistence. Excellent cocoa and overripe fruit notes.

Ottima struttura ma con tannini già morbidi e profumi aperti e intensi che donano a questo Barolo caratteristiche di potenza e grande eleganza. With an intense and deep ruby ​​red color, Tignanello 2018 strikes the nose for its complexity: notes of ripe red fruit, black cherry, sour cherry and black currant, combine with sweet hints of vanilla. On the palate it is rich and balanced: the soft and silky tannins are supported by an excellent freshness capable of giving length, elegance and gustatory persistence.

Ruby color tending to garnet with intense notes of rose and violet, accompanied by a hint of wet earth and a ripe red fruit. Very long tannins, however sweet, speak of an evolution that will be completed much later in time.
