Red Wines

The nose has aromas of red fruit typical of Pinot Noir. On the palate it is light, fresh and with good acidity. Ideal paired with grilled meat and cheese dishes. It is recommended to drink it within 3 years of the harvest.

Dark purple or ruby, often centered around raspberries, cherries, licorice, sometimes purple wine. Taste frank and decisive, pleasant tannins when ripe, full-bodied but without excess. Pinot Noir clearly inspired by Borgognotta, fine and elegant, it benefits from the cool climate north of Napa, in the Russian River region, where for over 30 years De Loach has been working Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
